Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers requesting a return must provide clear pictures of:
    • The original packaging
    • The damaged or incorrect product
      as proof for the return request.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered.

Exchanges

We also offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
